Cons to the first amendment:
Freedom of speech might create false information: The person can say whatever of any subject regardless if it is true or not. Freedom of speech could promote violence: Riots are created by agitators that would say whatever is necessary to upraise the people and make them protest in a violent way against something. Freedom of speech creates bullying and other types of verbal abuse.
