    The answer to your quesiton is They can be expelled for breaking rules. first statment isn't true because Senators serve 6 year terms and representatives have 2 years term. Third statment also isn't true because by Constitution it's not required to have a college education. Fourth statment is also not true. so the answer to your question is they can be expelled for breaking rules
