    Colors stand out from the map and present description to various characteristics such as vegetables and water bodies. Colors describe natural and man-made characteristics of the earth. United with shape lines, colors add fabric to the characteristics and region.

    Color description:

    Blue represents lakes, rivers, rivulets, seas, pools, roadways, and regional boundaries. Red represents main roadways, drives, residential areas, airports, special-interest sites, army sites, place names, constructions, and boundaries. Yellow represents built-up or urban areas. Brown represents contour, elevation, and relief. Green represents vegetation.
