    John Locke (1632-1704) was an English philosopher. His works were made during the beginning of the Enlightenment. His ideas on politics were very influential in Europe. In 1690 he published the "Two Treatises of Civil Government", in which Locke perspective, all rights start with the individual property created from work, and that the majority of the people rules and have the right to start a revolution, that being the case.
