Should the United States government have kept the area between the Appalachian Mountains and the Mississippi River reserved for the American Indians?

That is an opinionated question, if they kept that land then that would have stopped the advancement of american culture and tech. But if they kept that land, there would have been less bloodshed in one of the darkest parts of american history. In the end its up to you.
