Why do you think the legacy of Roman Law is so important?

I believe that it's so imperative since it is given individuals a chance to make laws which they would never do until the Twelve Tables were made. They made laws to keep them out of inconvenience and this made Rome a tight government.

Roman law had a critical impact on the current laws of numerous nations. Legitimate thoughts like preliminary by jury, social equality, contracts, individual property, lawful wills, and companies all were impacted by Roman law and the Roman method for taking and handling things.

To my mind, the legacy of Roman Law is so important because it allow people to make laws which they could have never done until the Twelve Tables were created. They introduced laws to keep them out of trouble and this became Rome a tight government.

Roman law is the substantial foundation in the jurisprudence of the majority of European countries.

Common Law was born out of Roman Law.
