Patriarchal in China means the family is hierarchically organized and being dominant by male, who considered being more responsible and accountable to raise a family. It is their tradition that men lead the outside world, while woman lead the home. In patriarchal family in India both boys and girls take identity to their fathers. It also means that the family is the unit based on the joint structure, where the male is the only head of the house.
