    Meyers's theory of sequent occupancy:

This theory states that the emergence of a new culture with each generation and societies will replace the landmarks of the old culture or change it to advance the new current culture. The cultural diversity and landscapes of many countries has been evolved in the olden days and more changes were observed in the society. For example, Mexico City was first discovered in 200bc with Teotihuacan's as the first inhabitants of tribes. With time, other tribes such as the Nahuatl-speaking tribes also came and settled in other places. Culturally each tribe left a historical mark which would be discovered by the next generation or by the new tribe.
