In what ways did Lincoln and the Radical Republicans disagree over Reconstruction and in what areas did they agree?

Basically, Lincoln wanted to reunite the country as peacefully as possible. Radical Republicans wanted to punish the Confederacy. The Radical Republicans removed Confederate leaders from political offices and established their rule over the south.
