Describe the opposing attitudes toward Great Britain that colonists held prior to and during the Revolutionary War. How did different social groups respond?

    You had one group of people who were against the British rule. Then the other group was the colonists who wanted to continue being under the rule of the British. However, the major attitude of the colonists towards Britain in general was that they hated what the British were doing to them. They were upset with how they were treated before they finally decided to start the revolution.
