    This false assumption that Stalin always thought about when people disagree and revolt against his plans are that he thinks Lenin is better than him. Lenin could be considered to be compassionate with the Soviet people while on the other hand, Stalin is a tyrant who exiles or executes people that doesn't agree with his policies.
