Describe what life was like for African Americans in the South from 1865 to 1900

Explanation: After being considered inferior beings to whites and being subjected to slavery in earlier times, the lives of African Americans gradually changed for good, especially since the Third Amendment was promulgated in December 1865, where abolition was established of slavery in most states of the country.
