He was very angry with the Spaniards who were just interested in the natural resources and richness of the Inca Empire. In 1536He could gather 80,000 Inca people to rebel against the Spaniards in Cuzo but the rebellion was defeated by Diego de Almagro and Manco had to runaway. He tried another armed confrontation in 1537 but was defeated again.
