    Explanation:

    The civilization of both China and Meso american had developed because both the places had fertile soil for development of the crops and agriculture. But the difference was that Yellow river in China was a source of water for China through out the year.

    Where as the Meso American civilization did not have a reliable source of water as that of the Yellow river in China. So this means that the Meso American civilization relied on rain fall for the growth of crops.
