According to the ninth amendment to the constitution, what do the quote enumerated rights" in the bill of rights not do?

    The 9th Amendment states that even though the Constitution lays out a litany of specific and enumerated rights, it does not limit the people to only having those rights.

    In short, the people have more rights than the ones that are specifically listed in the Constitution & Bill of Rights.
