What is credited with first creating dialogue on stage?

    An ancient Greek actor named Thespis stepped out from the chorus he was performing in and began speaking to the audience. From there, Tragic Playwright, Aeschylus, brought up the idea of having a second or third person, so there could be interaction with the characters. The Oresteia is an example of one of his works.
