    The answer is choice two, measure the length of one side and multiply that number by itself three times. A cube have equal length on all of the sides. So if you measure one side, the other two sides will be the same. The formula for volume is length times width times height. If all sides are the same you can multiply that number by itself three times or put it in the three power. For example: one side is 3, 3x3x3 is 27
