What led to the economic/political prosperity of the "roaring 20's"?

The end of World War 1 mostly. Huge parts of Europe were completely destroyed and the United States were producing more than ever because they were exporting to parts where the economy was ruined. This meant that there was a huge infusion of wealth from things like weapon deals and similar things.
