Under the U. S Constitution how are the president and members of congress chosen

    There is the electoral college which consist of congress men Senators and majors and the United States American voters which is us. If a nominee for President gets more electoral votes and the other nominee gets more popular votes (us) the one with the more electoral votes will win.
