    deregulation

    Explanation:

According to liberal view on economics, widely speaking the policy of eliminating barriers like taxes or rules that regulate companies and private business is called deregulation.

The objetive of deregulation is to incentivate the private sector by rendering conditions favorable to investment. And of course when the taxes are low, more people is interested in coming to open and establish new business.

This also works when foreign investment is boosting the region and as the goverment sets aside his influence then the laissez faire principles come to foster further economic transactions.

Of course there is many downsides and criticism by adopting this measure but still today the practice of deregulation has promoted economic activities.
