Compare the text of the United States' first amendment, guaranteeing Freedom of Expression, with the United Kingdom's Human Rights Act of 1998 which offers similar protection.     Both United States of America and United Kingdom provides protection of human rights but United States of America provide some more protection. The first amendment of United States offers broader protection due to less confined. In the United States' first amendment gives more freedom to press which is not present in United Kingdom's Human Rights Act of 1998.
