    The best answer is c

    C. The Republic of Armenia's economy has suffered due to the border it shares with Turkey

Turkey has often denied the genocide arguing that it can not be blamed for the evils of past regimes which was an empire and itself a kingdom. Armenia shares a lot of strategic resources with turkey and any disputes can hurt the economy a great deal.
