    The United States Declaration of Independence was made by President Jefferson gives the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The bill of rights was made to protect anyone that is a native to the country from any excessive power of the government in ruling and to remain free through the rights that God has given to the human kind.
