    He opposed it because it gave a to of powers to judicial official with life time tenures. This raises the question of how these officials review powers can be checked as they enjoy security of tenure, especially when they err noting that justices are known to engage in judicial activism.

    Judicial review is critical in light of the fact that laws passed should be checked to ensure they are protected. This survey is performed by individuals from the Supreme Court. But since of this it gave excessive power to the authorities given with lifetime terms.
