El régimen es regular, cuando el caudal del río no experimenta mucha variación durante el año, e irregular, cuando sufre grandes variaciones, llegando inclusive a secarse temporalmente.
The regime is regular, when the flow of the river does not experience much variation during the year, and irregular, when it undergoes great variations, even temporarily drying up.
