    Well, you are probably talking about the wheel. Wheel actually existed in Americas but only in native toys. In other continents, draft animals like the ox, cattle, camels, and horses are available to pull loads and make invention of large wheels feasible. The only large critter in Americas is the American Bison, which is almost impossible to domesticate. The next big animal in Americas is the llama, which only existed in the Andes regions and nowhere else.
