    The answer is not B. Women in the Colonial Era didn't speak out against the "men" so that one's wrong. They didn't join the "sons of Liberty" organization because it was a Guy's thing the only members were men. So now that it's between these two answers the answer I would go with is D. because when they did mob things they usually disguised themselves which you don't really do that in Assemblies.
