Great Plains Region and Coastal Region borders the North Central Plains in Texas.

    Explanation:

Texas' Geography is divided into separate region based on its natural regions. Thus it is split into four regions: Mountains and Basins, North Central Plains, Coastal Plains, and Great Plains. Except the first region, the other three have sub-regions.

Its northeast extends borders to the Canadian border and the other end at the west is surrounded by the Great plains and coastal regions. In the terms of sub-region, it has the border as Black-land Prairie in the east, Liano Basin and Edwards plateau in the south and Cap-rock Escarpment in the west.
