According to the fourth amendment the police cant do an unlawful search or seizure meaning taking away things that you own. The only way that the police can do this is if they have a warrant that has a probobal cause. The warrant would describe the places to be searched and specify the things that can be seized. If a police officer doesn't have a warrant and they are coming into our house or taking away something that is yours then they are breaking the fourth amendment.

Search you or your property unless having a probable cause and if your a free roaming citizen cant ask for any information about your personal being, and if they do you dont need to answer. Unless you detained ... then your the officers property
