One of the main reasons is because such people would like to be close to where their gathering place for religious practice is, such as a temple, church, the home of a holly healer, medical doctor or priest. Also the new immigrant families or the newly wedded descendands might want to live close to their relatives or the people of similar culture and beliefs, hence causing segregation of a certain population in specific areas of the city.
