    Explanation:

    Decades of the communist system have been characterized by total ex-communication from any negative influences. The system had absolute control over the media, thereby disabling any form of criticism. For a long time, the problems of government and society were put aside.

    The loudness from the moment of public implementation revealed all the downsides of the system that had been "below the surface" for a long time. This is why socialism is falling across Europe. And the first symptom of communism disease occurred in Poland. Namely, people who were not communists came to power in Poland after forty years.
