What were the chief provisions in the USA Patriot Act?

A. The government could eavesdrop on telephone calls and privileged conversations between prisoners and their lawyers.

    The chief provisions in the USA Patriot Act were that " C. The government could violate due process laws if a citizen was deemed to be unpatriotic" but "unpatriotic" is misleading here. More "suspicious"
