What rights did colonists believe they had

I know that they thought that they should have "No Taxation Without Representation"!

One of the most important rights the colonists believed they had was the right to representation and a voice in their own government. This was believed because they believed they possessed this as a natural right, but also because they believed that because of their taxation this was a right they deserved in relation with the British Government.
