    In New York Times written by Apple, It explained the regrets during the war of Robert S. McNamara, the Defense Secretary that was one of the political leaders who pushed the Vietnam War. He said that the "could and should have withdrawn from South Vietnam" during late 1963. He also said that he should have said the probabilities of winning the war and reiterated that the decisions and actions were wrong.
