Which areas would be most affected?

Many places in Europe will be effected by rising sea levels and climate change. In southern Spain it will start to have desertification as the Sahara expands north. On coastal areas it could experience flooding in low lying plains in Europe (like northern Italy and Benelux). Also river systems will expand and flood.
