    False, Russia's participation ended with the " Treaty of Brest-Litovsk" signed between the nearly formed Russian government (after the overthrowing of Tsar Nicholas) and the German Government, in which they gave the Baltic States to Germany. This happened whilst the war was still ongoing

    The Treaty of Versailles was the end of everyone else's participation in World War One, since it was over then.
