The correct answer is - Romania.

While most of the Eastern European countries managed to make a peaceful transition from communism to democracy, this was not the case in Romania. The Romanian leader, dictator, Nicolae Ceausescu was not forgotten his brutality towards the Romanians and all of their suffering under his rule, so they went for revenge. Millions of Romanians came out of their homes to celebrate the freedom from their overthrown dictator. Ceausescu tried to escape with his family with a helicopter, but the helicopter was landed, and he and his family were brutally executed by the Romanians, and with this act they put an end to the communism in the country and also give a sign to the next leaders as to what would happen if they try to behave like him.
