Assuming this is the US Constitution, all people are guaranteed the right to a fair trial. This includes an "impartial" jury, public trial in the local area of his crime, to know and be faced with the charges against him while also able to amass his own defense including witnesses and legal counsel. The Miranda rights and due process of law are also important, since you didn't give multiple choice.
