Where did most of the nation's manufacturing take place during the first decade of the 1800s?

    I will speak in terms of the context of Industrial Revolution in England. During the first decade of the 1800s, the English nation's manufacturing mostly took place in the middle part of England (Coventry, Birmingham, and S heffield) which was focused on coal mining and manufacturing.
