What's the difference between the Jazz Age and the Harlem renaissance? Didn't they take place at pretty much the same time? Explain

    The Jazz Age. Besides the migration north, the Harlem Renaissance was largely influenced by what has become known as The Jazz Age. In the early 20th century, African-American musicians married African and European music to form a new type of sound ... Jazz had a different feel to it than anything most people had heard.
