Armand gets angry with Jerry in "President Cleveland, Where Are You" because D. Jerry will not contribute as much as he can to their father's birthday present fund. Jerry thinks that he has better things to spend his money on, like buying the president cards. He does want to contribute to his father's present, but not as much as other people want him to.
