It was a great impact and contributed not just the trading of silk and other goods like grapes clover, walnuts, carrots, pepper, beans, spinach, rare animals, medicinal herbs, flavoring and jewelry, Chinese porcelains, but it was also considered a cultural bridge were many traditions and religions were introduced. they mostly traveled into the western regions.
