The correct answer is B.) Army of the Republic of Vietnam. This was the army of South Vietnam and they worked together with the United States forces in fighting the Northern armies that were based around socialism and communism. They lost just under 1.5 million soldiers in the war before dissolving when the war ended, soon after the fall of saigon.
