The 6th Amendment deals specifically with trials by an impartial jury made up of the accused's peers. The trial shall be held in the district where the crime took place. Also, the person having committed the crime is to be made aware of the charges levied against him, and will be provided counsel and be able to confront and question witnesses both in his favor and against him.
