    The three types of income are Portfolio Income, Passive Income, and Earned Incom e.

    Portfolio Income is considered "capital gains". The government gets salary taxes from this type and is produced through selling investments at much-elevated price that they were paid for. For instance: Interest. Dividends, Capital gains.

    Passive Income is produced with the assets you create. For example, you own a department to rent it and earn an income. Another activitiy that generates passive income is multilevel sales.

    Earned Income is produced through the exchange of work. For instance, a salary or the income resulted by the sale of goods or services.
