No, A right is a privilege given to citizens and freedom is when you are not constrained for actions or thoughts.
Explanation:
For example, in a country you can have the right to vote but not the freedom of speech. Or you can have the freedom of press but no rights to vote. It all depends on which country you are on and how much privileges is given to its citizens. But unfortunately in some countries the only thing you have is the ability to work long hours with little pay.
