This order violated their constitutional and human rights, however the Supreme Court, upheld its implementation in Korematsu v. United States, arguing that, "When under conditions of modern warfare our shores are threatened by hostile forces, the power to

protect must be commensurate with (in proportion to the threatened danger."

Do you agree with the decision, or do you think the order is a violation of both

constitutional and human rights?

    I agree with this because when it comes to protecting your people you must do whatever it takes that might not be right but it is my opinion
