What side of the American Revolution would you choose to fight for and why?

I would have fought on the side of the colonies because, the British had treated the colonies unfair and treated us like we were nothing compared to them. The British brought unfair taxes upon us, and as Patrick Henry said at the second Virginia convention, "Give me liberty, or give me death!"
