When is each branch (Legislative, Executive, Judicial) most powerful?

What situation would they be most powerful in?

    The legislative would be in the case that they can override a veto. And the executive, would be because the President handles foreign policy, can veto laws, and decides how to enforce laws. Then the judicial branch can decide if laws are unconstitutional and be put to a stop.
