Technological innovations made during the Agricultural Revolution affected the British Industrial Revolution in many ways. Such innovations made farming processes and jobs more efficient, as it required less time and less people to carry out these tasks. Because this technology replaced human labor, this put rural workers out of commission and left them unemployed. As such, many of these individuals relocated to industrialized urban centers (such as cities and towns) in search of opportunities for employment in factories.
